A. You shouldn’t use pacifier as crying is a way a child communicate his or her needs.. if you think she remains hungry even after your feed then you need to take lot of liquid food or water for milk formation. The more you breast feed her more milk will be formed I.e. your body will get signal then baby needs more milk and form it accordingly. Incase baby sleeping for long then you can try storing breast milk and feed her later when you are tired. She is just 1 month so need time to set her feed timing. Be patient and try to understand her needs. Child cry for food, pain anywhere in body(give message), feeling too hot or too cold, feeling sleepy, having gas in stomach, diaper wet, finding difficult to burp, etc.. .. try to analyses and act accordingly and don’t give milk everytime she is crying. If possible, take help from family members to changer her diapers or give baby massage or give bath or to make baby sleep so that you can take rest.

A. Absolutely not as it has a very bad and filthy addiction and also has side effects so it’s best that u plz do not give it to the child and also it is something which is very difficult to get rid of it .. so please don’t use it
