And her tummy is little big size all time

Can not use if it is prescribed by your paediatrician otherwise not. This medicine should be given only if it is prescribed by doctor. Rather than this you should never give any medicine to your baby did you consult that with your doctor. Just feed your baby on time and babies having any issues then consult your paediatrician.
