Can we start solid foods from 5th months..? And how to check whether baby is gaining good weight or not..?

A. hello dear parents you are advised to exclusively breast feed the baby for the initial 6 months of age and do not give anything not even water to the baby before 6 months start weaning food only after completion of 6 months
