can we start giving cow milk to six month old baby?

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. It is recommended to introduce cow milk to baby only after 1 year as by their immunity and digestive system develop a bit after the introduction of semi solid foods. Till then, you can give formula or breastmilk.
Also, when you introduce cow milk, mix it with some water as it will help in digesting it in the initial days.
