Q.

Can we rectify the low foetal weight within last 3 to 4 weeks before labour?? Iam 33 weeks and 3 days, and the foetal weight on scanning is 1.6 kg

A. Hello increase protein rich foods like milk, egg, paneer, curd. Dal's, sprouts these foods will help in improving baby's growth & weight include walnuts, fish, avocado, til seeds, coconut too daily

A. Poultry: Eggs and chicken are a great source of protein. They help increase fetus weight along with the benefits of low cholesterol and Omega fatty acids. Soybean: A protein substitute for vegetarians, it also contains iron, healthy fats and fibre along with other minerals.
