Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no problem in giving vitamins and iron in fever Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

Hi Yes absolutely the vitamins or any other multivitamin that you giving to the child has no connection with the fever or any other issue that the child is having it is only going to give better strength to the child so of course you should continue with the other supplements
