can we give sinarest and pacimol syrup every 5 hours 4ml each?? But doctor suggested to give to only twice a day due to high fever I'm giving him every 5 hours

A. Hello, your baby boy is 19 months old and if he is having only fever and not a cold then there’s no any point to give him sinarest but syrup pacimol 15 mg/kg at every 6/8 hours sos
