can we give promogranate to 16 months baby everyday ?

A. Yes you can give. Avoid pomegranate for night meals. Also make sure your baby does not have cold while giving pomegranate. If she does have cold wait until the cold subsides for few days. Also ensure the child can chew and eat well without choking hazard. Otherwise give it in the form of juice.
