Can we give paracetamol 250 to a 7 years old child for tummy pain loose motion

It can work for tummy pain but not for loose motion for that you have to go ahead with giving a precise medication after consulting your doctor and as of now you can give a good probiotic to the child like Entrogermina you need to see your doctor for sure
