can we give oral syrup Pacimol MF to 3yrs baby

A. depending on the need you can use but it is not as safe compared to paracetamol. fever can be because of different reasons most of the times viral bacterial sometimes due to less immunity there can be recurrence better to treat only with paracetamol if the fever more than 100degr

My daughter suffering from fever last 2 days with 102-103 fever and doctor told me to give Pacimol mf syrup 5ml and today is her third day she is feeling better today but she got fever at 12 hour gap with mild fever 99.4-99.6 but doctor told me to give Pacimol mf syrup in mild fever ?
