shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. no dear its not advisable at all to give nipples or pacifiers to the baby not even by doctors so better avoid it as it can be the major reason of infection in babies also it can interrupt in the feeding pattern of baby also it will become very difficult to get rid of it later on
