Can we give dates powder to the baby as an alternative to sugar?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. definitely you can give it to the child but whenever you are introducing any type of new food to the child to have to introduce in very small quantity and if it is not causing any digestion problem then only you have to increase the quantity

it is better than sugar
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and beans khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
