Q.
can we give cheese daily to a 16 month old baby? As abroad all mums give processed foods daily, but I'm not sure

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom that’s a good choice you have made , avoid processed food as much as possible as the more processed they are the more harmful it is . Cheese can be given though the less processed and less on preservatives is cottage cheese or panner or Parmesan or mozerella cheese
