Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl1 week agoA. If I go as per doctors they never recommend you to stop giving any kind of fruits to the child during the time of cough or fever so of course you can give banana also but if you have your reservations you can avoid otherwise it’s not required
