Follow three day rule.
Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods, as they still form an essential part of the infant diet till 1 year.
Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) .
Moong Daal water, rice kangi.
Ragi porridge, rice porridge.
Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. yes you can start giving water now , only few drops are sufficient for baby as their stomach is very tiny now so few drops will sufficient, and avoid salt and sugar till one year of age as both of these are not recommended by experts because these can be harmful in baby's organ growth.
