can u plzz tell me how can I increase my baby weight and which type of food and fruits I can add on my baby food ,and can u give sugar and salt my 6.5 month old baby

A. hello u can be giving semi solid n liquid based food in the diet n include home made cerelac rice dal watwr ghee curd banana avacado potato sweet potari ragi etc
