you can wait till the age of 7 years for the first permanent tooth to erupt in your child's mouth

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good evening !! Around 7 -11 years of age milk teeth will fall and mostly depends on the age of teething Starts if they get (started teething ) early by 6-8 months then tooth will fall early by 5-6 years.
Avoid too much of having ice cream, frozen items, sweets which cause tooth decay , regular brushing twice a day, including Calcium Rich foods in diet helps in strengthening tooth.
