can u please suggest me best milk powder for adding on milk ...is it necessary to add on ..I did mix anything even sugar also write now

A. dear mum such powders not required they are high in sugar and may have added flavour, do not inculcate healthy eating habits do not add sugar to milk you can add nuts powder a balanced, homemade diet having variety of food group is adequate to support optimum health and nutrition
