can mother start the diet during baby take the mother feed?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. if the child is taking breastfeeding you should take a healthy diet with all types of nutrients in the food further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more details if required .
Its always better to take the guidance by the concerned person with the geniune advice ...

You should not because if you do that then it is going to affect your breastfeeding it’s not that you cannot do it of course you cannot do it if you want to but it’s not advisable because that way you are just going to lose onto your healthy feeding for your child
