Q.

Can lactose intolerance suddenly occur? My son was having formula milk since month 1 till date but suddenly he passed blood in stool twice and his stool report shows Fat globule few and vegetable matter positive.Dr says this is lactose deficiency.Should I take a second opinion?

A. Hi mom. Yes lactose intolerance can occur anytime even to adults also.. Give medicine as prescribed by the doctor. U can take second opinion also. There is no problem in that. Take care and all the best
