can i use postpatum belt while sleeping, eating . in a day when to use it day or night. do i need to keep it for 24 hours. kindly any doctor answer my question

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. no mom definitely not you are not advisable to wear the belt every time specially when you are sleeping or eating not even for 24 hours when you are working or feeding your baby and that time you can wear the belt which will give you a good support at the back
