can I use omega 3 capsules for my 6 yrs old kid?

If your child is low on that then of course why not because omega-3 is important for our body anyways so you can give it to the child there is no problem but you can just give it for a very limited time after that you need to stop giving it and it would be good if you consult your doctor once
