can I use candibiotic plus ear drops for my 1.5 year old child instead of candibiotic ear drops,as candibiotic ear drops is not available in the market???

Mam without a doctors advice I cannot suggest you to switch the medicine if it has been suggested by the doctor then you have to check with them only because if it is plus maybe there’s something additional better to be sure about it after consulting your doctor
