can I travel with my child of days 45 in flight ?

If it is in the flight then make sure to feed the baby while take off and Landing.
As such there is no precautions in vehicles except disinfection procedures to avoid covid

Yes you can
Stay hydrated
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Wear mask use hand sanitiser
Take a good care of your baby
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
