Can i start solid at 5 months and what can I introduce to him!!

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no don't start solids at 5 month if age, Breast milk is nature’s perfect food for babies.Breast milk contains the perfect mix of fat, protein and carbohydrate for the babies , continue with ebf.
