better discard.
give only breastmilk till completion of six months.
outside source is always a source of infections.
mother should eat healthy for healthy milk production

Yes You just have to use it maximum within one hour after making it otherwise you’ll have to discarded because it big starts to become curdled so you should not be giving to the child after one hour you can keep it on room temperature for one hour after preparing
