can I introduce cerelac for my son? how amount I will give a day? any suggested product?

A. Hello mom yes weaning foods can be introduced to the baby , but would initially recommend that you start with liquid consistency foods such as dal or rice water or vegetable soup or fresh fruit juices and once they accept them well you may gradually move to semi solids like cerelac but here would highly recommend to prefer home made food over these ready to make mixes Always when you introduce new food - introduce one at a time and in small quantities say a few tsp and once the baby is accepting well gradually increase the quantity, variety and number of meals
