can I introduce beetroot to my 8th month baby when was starting finger food to my baby

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear parent, you can introduce beet root to your baby in the 8th month. however do not give it as a finger food as it is a bit early to introduce finger foods. you can give beetroot soft and mashed.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children2 years agoA. u cn give beetroot .. remember on taking beetroot baby may get red stool..as of the colur.. u can give as soup puree or boiled form.. u cn gradually increase the intake
