Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello Yes coffee can be had in moderation. upto 2 cups of light coffee can be consumed in a day. over consumption can cause sleeplessness & higher heart rate. so better to take in limited amounts
