can I have beer or wine? I'm a breastfeeding mother of 3.5 months old baby. in what quantity I can have? and when can I breast feed. i have seen many moms coming to their normal life after 40 days of postpartum.

A. my advice will be no to have beer or wine.. as you are lactating mother you must take care of your diet.. have healthy and balanced diet.. keep your self well hydrated.. exclusively breast feed till six months..
