can I hav chocolates like dairymilk

A. there is no problem we can have chocolates take dairy milk occasionally but it is better to take diet rich in protein balanced with nutrients vitamins and minerals . .

A. hi parent Well you can but avoid the package d and processed food , maida and bakery items try to opt for the season suitable and moderate home made diet
