AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Avoid giving gripe water It is not necessary to give. if ur baby is having colic pain or gas in stomach then u can give colic aid or gastica drops to ur baby to help baby expel gas from stomach. take care and all the best
