can I give walamycin suspension to baby to control motion .. baby is 22 days old poop after every feed

A. not recommended to use antibiotics without any proved infection Small babies stool frequency varies as they grows. They may pass stool once in 10 days ,or may pass 10 to 15 times a day in small quantities, golden yellow in colour froothy in nature.so nothing to worry till it associate with abdominal distension, lethargy.
