can I give this for my 8.5 months old baby for fever dose 2 ml ???

A. I think this is for elder kids and if you want to give to a small child then you have to give 10 drops to the child but prefer always buying paediatric medicine for the child this is looking like a proper supplement or tonic which is going to be more suitable for an older child
