ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. good to avoid once in a while it's okay, but don't make this routine habit.. Replace plain milk with various dishes such as milkshakes and smoothies. Use of interesting straws or quirky mugs . Adding vanilla essence, dry fruit powder, or different mixes can make it easier for him to drink it.
