Can i give suji kheer in double toned milk

Hello ma’am After six months of age you can go give regular tone pasteurised milk to the child so why do you have to make Kheer and double tone pasteurised milk make it in regular tone pasteurised milk only as that is the most recommended milk after the age of six months and after one year you can start with regular cows or buffaloes milk
