Hello ma’am It is very good to kids who are having their teeth as it really helps a lot in easy teething to a baby so you can more certainly give it and you can go for six tablets three times in a day with a gap of six hours or you can increase the dosage maximum to 8 tablets at one point of time thrice in a day
