can I give pomegranate juice for my baby 9months old

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom yes you can give , but make sure they are freshly made at home and avoid giving the packaged or tetra packed fruit juices to them as they contain high content of sugars.

Juices are not recommended due to high content of sugar into them so you should always prefer giving fruits to the child so with pomegranate also if you can manage to give it in the way of fruit itself and that is going to be good otherwise juice occasionally you can give
