Can I give paracetamol 125mg & Mefenamic Acid 50mg Suspension to my 5 year child after vaccination instead of plain paracetamol? How much ml to give ? plz reply urgently doctor?

No you are recommended to give only paracetamol to the child as that’s good enough paracetamol is going to take care of pain and fever if there’s any apart from that apply some ice cube on the area where the vaccination has been done and then you can apply this ointment called Thermophob do 3 to 4 times in the day
