it is not advisable to use any medicines without medical consultation because they have got side effects.
it is advisable that you should visit your doctor for that.
how to takex a particular medicine and the dosage will be told by your doctor.
so kindly avoid self medication

If your child is having nasal blockage then you can give the medicine to the child is not a problem we just have to see what is the situation accordingly you can give a medicine with paracetamol it’s not a problem but try to maintain a gap of at least 10 to 15 minutes in between two separate separate separate medication that you are giving
