can i give nebuliser to my 9 month old daughter...if yes which medicine.....she has cough and fever

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussivhies medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.
if fevfer is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Yes you can go ahead with it but the medicines will only be suggested by the doctors we are not recommended to tell you medicines for that so which is why I would say that you can nebulise your child but the medication would be suggested by the doctor as they have a clear idea about suggesting to collect medicinesWrite Your Answer Here
