why ?
teething is natural process ,so personally I believe that there isn't any need of extra medicines for this.
just give Gentle massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child.
it will help to soothe sore and itchy gums.
as babies tend to put all the things in Mouth during teething , please maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
