Can i give jaiphal(nutmeg) everyday to my 4 month old

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. If we go as per doctors it would not be advisable under the age of six months to 1 year so right now I would not suggest you to give it to the child but after completing the age of six months you can give little bit of it to the child then it would not be a problem
