Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by gseiving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.

It’s Mostly given for 12 months of age so if you want as of now to continue with it you should take an advice from your paediatrician because right now you should be definitely switching to multivitamin rather than single vitamin C it up as that would be much more healthier option and also if there is a little bit of zinc into it then nothing like it
