can I give formula milk even if I am breastfeeding is it necessary required ?

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Not necessary. Breastmilk is always the best milk. WHO recommends exclusive breastfeeding until six months. So far no one was able to make a perfectly alternate product for breastmilk which is highly nutritious and has some incredible elements. Formula is a close to and safe choice for those who cannot exclusively breastfeed due to various reasons. Breastmilk is always the best milk. So formula can be supplemented only if Breastmilk is not sufficient.
