Can I give Crocin drops 2 times a day to my 45 days baby?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 1.5 month old now if baby's body temperature is above 100 F then give paracteamol drops which can be repeated every 6 hourly. . . .
