can I give cow milk to 1 yr baby for time in a day

after 1 year of age you can give cow milks to the child two times a day. do not give more than 400 ml of cows milk per day as it can lead to constipation and other cold related issues.
along with this you can normally breastfeed the child based on the requirement and also give the solid food to the child at least three times daily
