Can I give clavilite Ds syrup or lamittus or both to child for cough while he is on metaspray now. He has upper respiratory tract n was coughing a lot, he was given telefexo, levocitrizine montelukast, clavilite , lamittus, after these medications he was fine, then a week after it is found he has enlarged adenoids, after 2 days of metaspray he is again coughing deeply making a croupy barking cough.
