ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, instead of giving packaged foods like cerelac, prefer to give wholesome food. You can give foods like roti soaked in dal or vegetable, vegetable dal rice, khichadi, daliya, pulao.
Homemade cerelac can be another option.
