can i give caalcimax and multivitamin to my child same time regularly for one month or should i give one at a time. means kya dono roj de sakti hu ya fr calcimax or multivitamin 1-1 month alag alag du. ya dono sath me de sakti hu

A. You can give it every day at the same time whatever is comfortable to you but the only thing is very important that you need to know is that you are not meant to give two supplements together you have to maintain a gap of at least 3 to 5 hours in between two supplements doesn’t matter what the time is
